- If you'd like to change your product to another colour or size, SHESIZE will pay for the shipping cost.
- If you'd regret your purchase, just email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll send you a return slip.You have the right to withdrawal and a full refund for 14 Days. As soon as we've received the return (in it’s original state) and its approved, we will make a refund your account.
You will receive an email confirming with the delivery details when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you haven’t received this email within 3 working days please contact our customer service team.
Prices & availability
SHESIZE will not accept responsibility in any case a product is out of stock or stock management queries from our suppliers. Should a pricing error occur (subject to applicable law that cannot be excluded), we will not be bound by incorrect pricing stated, and reserve the right to cancel your purchase.
Should there be any damages or loss of item on route to the customer, SHESIZE is held responsible. If this happens, it is the customer’s responsibility to inform the customer service team at SHESIZE within a reasonable timeframe (max 4 weeks). Should there be any damages or loss of the item during a return to SHESIZE, the customer is responsible.
The transaction will occur when you approve your purchase.
Unclaimed packages will be subject to an unclaimed parcel fee of 200 SEK within Sweden, 40€ within EU, 60€ outside EU and 52£ within UK. The fee corresponds to the cost of administration, the return of goods and any additional handling. Payment term is 30 days net. The penalty fee for late payment is 60 SEK plus default interest and potential debt collection costs. Should you change your mind and want to cancel your purchase after the parcel has been dispatched from our premises, you have to claim your parcel at your designated delivery point and send it back to us. Should the parcel not be claimed, it will automatically be registered as unclaimed and will be debited as such.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and your use of the website (and all relationships of non-contractual nature, which can arise through or in conjunction with these) will be regulated by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish Law. You accept that the Swedish Judiciary has exclusive jurisdiction over disputes linked to these General terms and the settlement of these.

You will be sent an email confirming the delivery details when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. SHESIZE sends all their goods with DHL, Post Nord and UPS. Unclaimed packages will be subject to an unclaimed parcel fee of 200 SEK. The fee corresponds to the costs accrued from shipping and return of the parcel. We do not accept liability for out of stock situations, stock management or any potential pricing errors.
We have a longer delivery time at sales or holiday´s for example at Christmas, we´ll write the specific terms when the holiday is here.

Right of withdrawal
SHESIZE wants you to be 100% happy with your shirt. You, therefore, have the right to withdrawal and a full refund for 14 Days, which is in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal or return is only applicable to goods where the actual item and its packaging are in an unaltered state, i.e. undamaged in sealed packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping charges. You should always contact our customer service team, prior to returning any goods to us and have your customer number or invoice number at the ready when you contact our team. Refund will be paid into your bank account within 30 days if you, the consumer, cancel your purchase. In order for us to be able to handle your return, you must include the original delivery note that you received the original parcel. I.E. the parcel needs to be undamaged and the item unused, sent in its original packaging, including all hang tags. If not, a value reduction of 100% will be deducted on repayment. SHESIZE charges a return shipping charge of 79 SEK within Sweden, 20€ within EU, 30€ outside EU and 26£ within UK .
Return & exchange
To return or exchange an item please contact our customer service at email@example.com. You will need a return slip which we can provide you with at a cost of 79 SEK, exchanges are free of charge with in Sweden. You should always have your customer number or invoice number ready when you contact our team. Fill out all the information on the return form, then place the return form in the package. Make sure you pack your goods as you received it from SHESIZE. Tape the return shipping slip on the outside of the package, then send your parcel via DHL's agent and request a receipt. We will contact you via email when your return is processed. Refund will be transferred to your bank account within 30 days if you, the consumer, cancel your purchase. In order for us to handle your return, you must include the original delivery notice that you received the original package in the package. When you place a new order: state the desired item and enter the new order number on the return form.
Product quality claims
SHESIZE guarantees that the goods you have ordered are in perfect order at the time of delivery. Should you receive a defective item or an incorrect delivery, you need to contact our customer service team as soon as possible. For goods damaged upon delivery, a rule of no later than 14 days apply.
SHESIZE will of course pay for the shipping for any incorrect deliveries and any product quality claims, but for us to be able to do so, you will personally need to email firstname.lastname@example.org and state what it is regarding, nature of the claim, the order number and possibly the invoice number too. When you return the item in the post, you also have to include a note stating that this is a product quality claim and the nature of the claim. This needs to be sent in with the delivery documents you received when you picked up your goods from the delivery point. You can also write directly onto the delivery document as long as everything is legible. These documents should be in the same package as the goods you are returning when you send them back to our warehouse. Due to the Swedish law, you have the right to complain make a complaint regarding your product for three years.
When we receive a product quality claim, we carry out an investigation and we inspect the item. Your views as a customer are very valuable to us, so we do ask you to contact us directly with your views or concerns.
